KASHAN

Kashan: Cradle of Civilization
Roam the heart of Persian history and culture
This ancient city in Kashan has an astounding 7,500 years of history, according to discoveries made at the ancient Sialk mound. The main draw for people coming to this area was probably Fin's annual spring. The Iranian plateau's cave-dwelling population moved to the plains approximately five millennia before Christ as a result of shifting climate patterns and the creation of pastures and agricultural lands.

The Sialk people were the first to live in the plains; traces of their culture may still be seen today close to Kashan. One of the oldest cities in Iran, if not the entire globe, is thought to be Kashan. In Kashan, visitors can discover an abundance of historical relics.

The extensive array of tourist attractions in Kashan includes places like Fin Garden, the old Tabatabaei and Boroujerdi Houses, the Abbasian House, Agha Bozorg Mosque, Sultan Amir Ahmad Bathhouse, Kashan Bazaar, and Sialk Hill, to name just a few.

Every one of them presents a different chance to explore Iran's rich history and culture. Other attractions that visitors might anticipate finding in Kashan are distinctive handicrafts and mouthwatering Kashani food. Don't pass up the opportunity to sample traditional delicacies, rosewater, and other scented liquids while in Kashan.
